Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of AEO Pal (the “Service”), provided by Global IQ Services LLC (“AEO Pal”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Scope and Parties

The Service is intended for business use. These Terms are the entire agreement between you and AEO Pal regarding the Service, and supersede any conflicting terms you may propose, unless we agree to a deviation in writing.

2. The Service

AEO Pal is a software-as-a-service platform that helps you monitor how your brand and competitors appear across AI search engines and chat assistants. Depending on the features you enable, the Service may query AI engines with prompts you configure, record and analyze their responses and citations, and pull supplementary data from sources such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, or public web content, when you connect them. AEO Pal reports on what these third-party systems return; it does not control, guarantee, or influence how any AI engine or search product ranks or represents your brand, and results may change independently of anything you do in the Service.

3. Availability and Changes

We aim to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be unavailable during scheduled maintenance, due to third-party outages (including the AI engines and data sources we query), or due to circumstances outside our reasonable control. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.

4. Your Use of the Service

You agree that you will:

• use the Service only for lawful, legitimate business purposes;
• keep your login credentials confidential and be responsible for activity under your account;
• not submit content or configure prompts that infringe the rights of, or are unlawful with respect to, any third party; and
• not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, resell, or otherwise misuse the Service beyond its intended purpose.

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.

5. Intellectual Property and Your Data

We own all rights in the Service, including its software, design, and underlying technology. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your internal business purposes.

You retain ownership of the brand, prompt, and configuration data you input into the Service (“Your Data”). You grant us the right to process Your Data solely as necessary to provide and improve the Service. On request following termination of your account, we will delete Your Data within a reasonable period, except where we are required to retain it by law.

6. Fees and Payment

Where paid plans are offered, pricing will be as described on our website or in your order, exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Invoices are due on the terms specified at checkout or in your agreement with us. We may suspend access for overdue payment after providing notice and a reasonable opportunity to cure.

7. Free Trials and Beta Features

We may offer free trial access or early/beta features at our discretion. Trial and beta features are provided “as is” and may be limited, changed, or discontinued at any time without notice. Continued use after a trial period ends may require a paid subscription.

8. Disclaimers

The Service and any AI-generated analysis, scoring, or recommendations are provided for informational purposes only and on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, that results from third-party AI engines will be accurate or complete, or that use of the Service will achieve any particular outcome for your brand’s visibility.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AEO Pal will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

10. Term and Termination

These Terms apply for as long as you have an account or otherwise use the Service. You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or if required by law, and we may discontinue the Service generally with reasonable notice.

11. Data Portability

On request, we will provide an export of Your Data in a commonly used, machine-readable format to help you migrate to another service, and we will make reasonable efforts to assist with that process.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in California, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

13. Reference Use

Unless you tell us otherwise in writing, we may identify you as a customer and use your name and logo in customer lists and marketing materials. We will not disclose your confidential information in doing so, and you may withdraw this permission at any time by contacting us.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide reasonable advance notice by email or through the product before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
