About AEO Pal

AEO Pal is an AEO & GEO platform that helps agencies, SEO teams, and SMB owners understand how AI engines describe their brands and improve the pages those engines read. Powered by DecoderMind, AEO Pal connects Live Capture, citation analysis, website audits, and fixes you approve or authorize for auto-publishing.

Our purpose

Why build for AI search visibility?

Teams need to see the answer their buyers receive, understand its sources, and decide what to change on their own sites.

When a buyer asks an AI engine about a product or service, a mention, a citation, and a recommendation tell different stories. A brand can appear without earning a link. A question about that brand can lead to a competitor being cited. Looking only at a traffic report leaves those differences unexplained.

AEO Pal brings those questions into one workflow. Track the answer, inspect the evidence, find the gap, and propose a website fix. The goal is to give agencies and SEO teams a concrete way to explain what they found and what they can do next.

Agencies are our primary audience. The Agency plan supports five client brands, each with its own location, alongside white-label Client Reports and AI Bot Monitor. In-house teams and single-brand businesses use the same core tracking and publishing workflow, with plan allowances matched to their needs.

How we work

Evidence first. Permission before publishing.

Live Capture records what appears in the consumer AI interface. Fix Queue connects those findings to changes on your own website.

Capture the interface buyers use

Live Capture runs prompts from the country, state, or city selected for a brand. Each run stores the full answer, chat history, citations, and brand and competitor mentions. Starter and Agency refresh daily across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Microsoft Copilot, and Gemini. Enterprise adds four engines and broader location coverage.

Keep the evidence connected

Ghost Citations identify brand mentions without links. Answer Hijack Alerts flag answers about your brand that cite a competitor’s content. Source Map shows the URLs and domains cited for your prompts. Together with the Answer Archive, these findings give the team a starting point for investigating a visibility problem.

Make publishing a deliberate choice

Fix Queue proposes changes such as JSON-LD, FAQ schema, direct-answer blocks, heading improvements, and content updates. Review each fix or grant permission for auto-publishing through WordPress, Shopify, or Webflow. AEO Pal changes content on your connected site; it does not edit third-party AI models or guarantee what they will say.

Make plan boundaries visible

The core workflow is available on every plan. Client Reports and AI Bot Monitor start on Agency. Multiple locations, ZIP-level Local Tracking, AI Fact Audit, and AI Shopping Visibility are Enterprise capabilities. The pricing comparison lists the allowances and availability, so teams can evaluate a plan against specific requirements.
