AEO for agencies: connect client reporting to website work
AEO for agencies connects client-brand visibility in AI answers with evidence, reporting, and proposed website changes. AEO Pal, the AEO & GEO platform, supports daily Live Capture, white-label Client Reports on Agency and Enterprise, and Fix Queue on every plan so teams can explain findings and decide what to publish.
The buyer question
What should an agency measure for its clients?
An agency needs a defensible answer when a client asks whether buyers can find the brand in AI search. Start with the client’s actual service, product, audience, and target location. A category recommendation and a question about using the client’s product are different prompts, so they should lead to different investigations.
Keep the observation and the deliverable connected. A captured answer explains what the engine returned. A cited URL explains which source was credited. A report communicates the findings, while a proposed page change defines the work the agency can review with its client. None of those steps should be substituted for the others.

Locations and plan fit
Which tracking scope fits your brands?
Every plan supports one country, state, or city per brand. On Agency, each of the five brands can have its own location. Tracking several locations or ZIP codes for the same brand requires Enterprise Local Tracking.
Agency adds Client Reports, AI Bot Monitor, Tone Analysis, and Community & Press Sources. Enterprise supports unlimited brands and broader tracking and security requirements; the core monitoring and fix workflow is available on every plan.
| Plan | Brands | Engines |
|---|---|---|
| Starter | 1 brand | ChatGPT, Perplexity, Copilot, Gemini |
| Agency | 5 brands, each with its own location | ChatGPT, Perplexity, Copilot, Gemini |
| Enterprise | Unlimited brands | ChatGPT, Perplexity, Copilot, Gemini, Google AI Overviews, Google AI Mode, Grok, Claude |

Connect the next step
How do you turn a client finding into the next deliverable?
Review the saved answer before writing the brief. If the issue is an unlinked brand mention, inspect Ghost Citations and the source context. If an answer about the client cites competitor content, inspect Answer Hijack Alerts and the corresponding first-party guide.
Use the relevant finding to define a website task the client can evaluate. Publishing a better answer or corrected information changes the client’s own pages; it does not give the agency control over an AI engine’s recommendations or a third-party publisher.
FAQ
Agencies questions
AEO Pal adds daily captured-answer evidence, citation analysis, page audits, and proposed website fixes to client work. Agency and Enterprise also include white-label Client Reports and AI Bot Monitor. The agency can explain what was observed and what it proposes to change without promising that a website update will control an AI engine’s answer.
Yes. Agency supports five brands, each with one selected country, state, or city. That lets separate client brands use different locations. Tracking multiple locations or ZIP codes for the same brand requires Enterprise Local Tracking. Keep that distinction explicit when agreeing the scope of a client’s AI visibility report.
Yes. Fix Queue supports individual approval as well as authorized auto-publishing on every plan. The agency should choose the publishing approach agreed for the connected client website. Publish Connectors support native WordPress, Shopify, and Webflow integrations, while Content Studio follows Brand Rules when creating or rewriting the proposed content.
Live Capture stores the full answer, chat history, citations, and brand and competitor mentions in Answer Archive. Agencies can inspect that evidence when explaining a finding. Client Reports on Agency and Enterprise adds white-label PDF and CSV reporting with client-view permissions; a summarized visibility finding should still be interpreted in its prompt and source context.
